What Kind of Materials Can HSZB-C Biomass Briquette Machine Process?

Raw Materials Can be Used for Making Charcoal Briquette
Biomass material briquetting, a process to compress biomass material into solid briquette with a certain shape (normally, hollow hexagonal or square) and density under high temperature and high pressure. Biomass materials contain a large amount of lignin which has a certain bonding function at high temperature, so that the resulting solid briquette has high density and strength without adding any binding materials. The density can reach up to 1350kg/m³. However, due to different proportions of lignin in different raw materials, some raw materials are easy to be shaped, while others are not easy. The density and calorific value of the resulting solid briquette will also be different.
