Wood Shredding Machine is used for crushing big raw materials like wood logs, pallet wastes or furniture wastes to small pieces. In a biomass briquetting plant, this is the first crushing process – Rough Crushing. Normally, the raw materials for biomass briquetting are pallets wastes, plywood package wastes, etc. which are cheap raw materials for customers. There are always a lot of nails in these raw materials, so our special Wood Shredding Machine can crush these raw materials with nails, no need to remove nails by hand before crushing.

Hammer Mill

Hammer Mill is used for crushing small raw materials like wood branch, tree clippings, stalks, shells, etc. or the chips from wood shredding machine, to make powder less than 5mm which is suitable for briquetting. If there are nails mixed with raw materials, it will need an Electric Magnetic Iron Remover before Hammer Mill to remove and collect the nails from raw materials.
